January

Welcome,

Thank you all! We’re currently at $9,486 in donations for our comedy series ‘The Weatherman‘! If you guys still haven’t caught the trailer yet click on this link: The Weatherman Promo Trailer. Currently we have 55 days left to raise $63,014 – we believe we’re right on track, so we just need all you guys to keep spreading the word when you can and directing everyone to this link:  Weatherman Mobcaster – remember if you can’t donate – no problem – you can still help out by informing your friends, family or anyone in general!

The website has had a little revamp; new pics and Media clippings have been added in the Gallery. I’d like to thank a good friend of mine Amin Azoor for maintaining and updating my website since 2007. He’s recently received a promotion within Southern Cross Austereo, making the switch from an AM breakfast host to a HOT FM afternoon host slated right before the famous radio comedy duo; Hamish and Andy. This is a huge accolade for the man as he’s only been working in radio for one year. Congratulations, looking forward to the new show!

A thanks to Nick Colla and the team down at Late Nite Productions who managed to assemble various Melbourne companies together this past Sunday.  All of us from The Cameralla are looking forward to collaborating with Dark Heart Productions, Wizard Sandwiches & Inspiration Studios on the Late Nite project! – More details on this coming soon.

We’re continuing to develop our series Betty and Frank Will Have Sex into a six episode, first season. More on this and our other comedy series, Derby Boys, will be released over the next few months so keep your eyes peeled. A couple of skits we shot are currently in post production and hopefully some finer-tuned webisodes of our comedy hit and webfest series finalist for 2010 – True Brains - should be uploaded over the next month!

Fat Kid Films, the company behind the feature film  “The Dream Children” is now in post and has an expected release date of late 2012! Many thanks to those who donated money and here’s to hoping we see it screen in Australian cinemas soon. If you missed the trailer you can still view it at this link.

Visit the ‘City of the Damned’ website to check out the film or even purchase some merchandise. (Feature film that I’m in, release date: TBA).

Click on the “TV”, “Film” or “Reel” links to view my work. Thanks for dropping by!
